IEC sends stern warning to those planning to incite violence

IEC chairperson Mosotho Moepya has sent out a stern warning against anyone who may incite violence in the upcoming elections. Moepya was speaking at the Gauteng Province IEC Code of Conduct Signing ceremony in Kempton Park on Tuesday.
