10 parties in Parliament to challenge Electoral Matters Amendment Act

Ten opposition parties in Parliament have confirmed that they are planning to challenge Electoral Matters Amendment Act in court.

The office of the Presidency said yesterday that President Cyril Ramaphosa signed the Bill into law. The main aim of the Bill is to make provision for independent candidates to receive money from the Multi Party Democracy Fund.
